Pomegranate Salad

Especially during holidays pomegranate is something that’s probably laying around your house!! So what better way to make use of it rather than making a salad? This recipe is really easy to make and very good looking… ( Hey new Instagram picture). It’s really sweet and a really great idea for making when having people over. So let’s get started!

You will need:

For the Salad

  • Green Salad of your choice
  • Pomegranate seed
  • Feta cheese
  • Oranges (at least two)

As far as quantity is concerned the vinaigrette is enough for a huge bowl so decide accordingly.

  •

For the Vinaigrette (we’re getting specific here so if you want to make less or more make sure the quantity of the ingredients is proportionate)

  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix all of it separately and pour as much you need in the salad. You can skip or add ingredients and generally do what you like. But I can guarantee it will look cute af. And it’s healthy. I might be wrong but it’s a win win here. If you try it make sure to send me some pics!

By the way here’s how to cut an orange. I couldn’t do it but whatever. Next time maybe!!!

    1. Found your recipe when I was reading some posts on the „Recommendations“ page on WordPress few weeks ago and intrigued me. So, of course, I tried it. I just ate some of it and it tastes very good. It surprised me because the ingredients are very unusual for salad but it still tastes very good.
I added sunflower seeds and walnuts and It was even tastier.
I saved your page just so I can thank you. 🙂

      Regards, Antidote 🙂
